All our issues are managed using FogBugz.

You can submit new tickets from the fogbugz front page. You will then be able to track the ticket progress.

Each issue consists of several common parts

Issue description will have different structure depending on the issue type.

Estimation

Estimation is done using point system. We then look at how much we get done each week to determine our average velocity. Based on the velocity we approximate release time.

Estimation can be set only by the person the ticket is assigned to.
